Directions

Mix the water, yogurt, yeast, and sugar, and let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to activate. Add the flour, salt, and olive oil, and knead until a soft, elastic dough forms. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour. Divide into balls, roll out thin pitas, and cook in a non-stick pan without oil for 1–2 minutes on each side.
