Directions
Mix all the ingredients together, except for the salt. Knead on the mixer’s low speed for 5 minutes. Add the salt and continue kneading for another 4 minutes on high speed. Shape the dough into small balls and place them in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Then, place them in a mixture of semolina and flour and gently press them outward until a thin, even, round surface is formed. Cook each piece of dough in a pan with olive oil on both sides until it becomes golden brown.
