Directions

In a bowl, mix the kefir, egg, sugar, and sunflower oil. Add the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until you get a thick batter. Insert wooden sticks into the sausages, lightly dust them with flour, dip them into the batter, and fry them in medium-high oil until evenly golden.
