Directions

We put the yeast in lukewarm water with the salt. We add all the ingredients until we have dough. We let the dough rest and then we add the tomato sauce, the cheese, the siglino (meat) and the dried tomato. We bake at 210˚C for about 20 minutes. We garnish with basil.

  • 20 gr yeast
  • 100 ml lukewarm water
  • 40 gr Vero Cretan goat cheese
  • 8 gr salt

  • 40 gr tomato sauce
  • 100 gr grated graviera (cheese)
  • 100 gr Vero Cretan goat cheese
  • 150 gr siglino (meat)
  • 60 gr dried tomato
  • 1 bunch basil for garnish
