Directions

We put all the ingredients of the cream in a saucepan and we boil them over medium heat, while stirring continuously. We divide the cream into individual forms for crème caramel, we let them cool for 1 hour and we put them in the refrigerator. In a small frying pan, we put the ingredients of the cream and we heat them to a low heat until the sugar melts. We spread a little caramel over each cream and we serve.

  • 0.5 teaspoon agar agar
  • 30 gr corn flour
  • 60 gr sugar
  • Zest from a half lime
