Directions

We boil the shrimps and we clean them by keeping only their tails. We place all the ingredients for marinating in a bowl and we add the shrimps for 30 minutes. We make the batter by stirring the flour, the beer and the egg well. We leave the mixture for 10 minutes before using it. Next, we take the shrimps from the tail one by one and we pass them through the batter. We fry in well-heated oil until they are crusty and golden-colored. We can serve them with a sweet-sour sauce.
