Directions
We cut the broccoli and the onion into small pieces and we sauté with curry in a saucepan. We pour water to cover the vegetables and a little bit more and we cook until they are soft. Using a hand blender, we melt the vegetables. We add all the remaining ingredients and we simmer for about 7 to 8 minutes.
