Directions

Boil the potatoes and mash them to the desired consistency. Add the staka, milk, sugar, and yeast, and mix well. Add the flour and salt and knead until combined. Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Shape into rolls or loaves, let them rise for another 30 minutes, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25–30 minutes, until golden.

  • 15 gr salt
