We knead the ingredients for the pizza base until our dough becomes soft and supple. We let the dough rest for 30 minutes
and then we bake it and bake for 5-6 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until it stands. We mix in a bowl all the filling ingredients, except the mizithra cheese and cheese. We put some olive oil, a little bit of mizithra and the spinach mixture on the base of the pizza. We put the remaining mizithra and the grated cheese. We bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.

- 1 bunch anthotiro cheese
- 200 gr mizithra cheese
- 2 fresh onions
- 1 bunch chopped fennel
- 10 pieces sun-dried tomato
- 5 gr salt
- 2.5 gr pepper
- 200 gr grated cheese
