We spread oil at the bowl, we cover it with a wet cloth and we leave it all night. We cut the dough into three, we make the baguettes, we add olive oil, we sprinkle with flour and we bake in the oven while we put another shallow baking dish with hot water for about 20 minutes at 190 ° C.
