We stir all the ingredients together for the base until it becomes a soft and elastic dough. We let the dough covered to expand.
We press the dough to deflate and we knead for 5 minutes. We place it in an oiled baking dish of 40 cm in diameter. We cover and we wait for it to expand. We spread the surface with a little bit of oil and we press with your fingers to make deep rings at different points. We spread over ginger, rosemary and we sprinkle with salt and pepper. We bake at 200 C for about 45 minutes.
