Directions

We put in a bowl all the ingredients of the dough except the grated banana chips and we mix very well. We spread with oil using a brush a cake pan, we flour it and we pour the mixture. We bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. When it’s ready, we let it to cool for 20 minutes before it is disinfected. In a bowl, we mix the glaze materials and we spread it over the cake. We spread with banana chips and we serve.
